Eastern Art Museum may be just a souvenir and gift store to the new customer, but with 60 years of history, it actually sparks a memory for every resident of vizag!

It is wonderful to hear the stories of people who either live in vizag or come back to visit. Most stories will start with ‘my grandfather used to come here…’

Their memories of being in the store as kids and now their kids bring them to the store to shop and they still say it’s amongst the best selection they’ve seen anywhere!

Ours is a museum where you can shop! That’s the tag line we have always used at our store and even printed on all our stationery! It is literally a space where we are ok with you to come and spend hours just looking around the store and not buy as well (although we’d be happy if you do)

The products are sourced from all over the country from direct manufacturers who employ local craftsmen and quality control the products and sell further down.

My father Mr. Prem Mirpuri hand picks every single piece at the store and holds the right with all the suppliers to reject pieces that he doesn’t like or feels will not sell. He really knows the pulse of the crowd that comes to our store. My mother Mrs. Komal Mirpuri holds the finance reigns of the store and together they’ve been manning this boutique experience for decades.

The products we sell are a mixed bag that hold core traditional Indian values at the forefront. Indian crafts take center stage at our store and you can find things from almost every state in the country.

Our highest selling products of course are the traditional brass idols and artifacts that attract every ethnically oriented customer of ours.
